still day two: "are we there yet?"

why yes we are.

surprise #1: champagne and flowers. a welcome home gift from a thoughtful friend.

suprise #2: a giant birthday gift from same thoughtful friend. how did he know i wanted a 20ft red arrow? he must be a mind reader.

"watch out for the bats!" this is us at our first austin-y thing--there are alot of bats under a bridge and at sunset they fly out. yes this is a thing.


so there you have it. we made it. finally.
we liked it so much, we did another road trip to la last week.
